What we collect

  • What you send us: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address and the items you order.
  • Payment records: proof of an EFT payment, or confirmation from our payment processor that a card payment succeeded. We never see or store your card number.
  • Your messages: anything you include in emails to us.

What this website stores

This website doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies. Your bag is saved in your own browser's storage on your device so it's still there when you come back. It isn't sent to us until you choose to email your order, and you can clear it at any time by removing the items or clearing your browser data.

Why we use it

  • To confirm, process and deliver your order.
  • To contact you about your order, a return or a question you asked.
  • To keep the business and tax records the law requires.

We only send you news or offers if you ask us to, and you can stop them at any time by replying to say so.

Who we share it with

  • Couriers receive your name, phone number and delivery address to deliver your parcel.
  • Payment processors handle card payments when you use a payment link.
  • Our email and hosting providers store our mailbox and this website.

We never sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as South African law requires us to keep business and tax records. Other information is deleted once we no longer need it.

How we protect it

We limit who can see your information, keep our accounts protected with strong passwords, and only work with service providers that protect personal information too.

Your rights

You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email us and we'll respond within a reasonable time. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you may complain to the Information Regulator at inforegulator.org.za.
