We deliver anywhere in South Africa by tracked road courier.
Where we deliver
Anywhere in South Africa with a street address that a courier can reach. We don't deliver outside South Africa at the moment.
Why perfume travels by road
Perfume contains alcohol, so it is classed as a flammable item for transport. Couriers carry it by road rather than by air, which is why we use road-freight services for every order.
What delivery costs
Delivery is calculated for your address and parcel size. We include it in the order confirmation we email you, so you see the full total before you pay.
How long it takes
- Dispatch: within one to two business days after your payment clears, for items in stock.
- Main centres: usually two to four business days after dispatch.
- Regional and outlying areas: usually three to seven business days after dispatch.
- Ordered-in items: new launches and limited editions sometimes have to be ordered in. We'll tell you the expected date before you pay.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays.
Tracking
When your parcel leaves us we email you the courier's tracking number.
Receiving your parcel
Someone needs to be available to receive the parcel. If you're at work during the day, a work address is often easier. Add delivery instructions, such as a gate code or a complex name, to your order email.
Damaged or missing parcels
Every bottle is wrapped and padded inside its box. If a parcel arrives damaged, a bottle has leaked, or something is missing, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the outer parcel and the item. We'll arrange a replacement or a refund.
