Yes. Every designer fragrance we sell is the genuine product, new and sealed in its original box with its batch code. We don't sell testers, decants or unboxed bottles as new stock.

Where we don't yet have our own photograph, the site shows a drawing in the fragrance's colour. The bottle and box you receive are the fragrance house's own genuine packaging.

It's mostly how much perfume oil is in the alcohol. As a rough guide, an eau de toilette is lighter and fresher, an eau de parfum is richer and lasts longer, and parfum or extrait de parfum is the most concentrated and sits closest to the skin. Each house sets its own levels, so a flanker can smell quite different from the original, not just stronger.

Add fragrances to your bag, choose Email this order, add your name, phone number and delivery address to the email and send it. Within one business day we reply to confirm stock, your delivery cost and the total, with payment options. If you can't send the email from your device, use Copy order details and paste them into any email to us.

By EFT, or by card through a secure payment link that we email you. We never ask for card details by email or phone. We hold confirmed stock for two business days while we wait for payment.

In-stock orders leave us within one to two business days after payment clears, then usually take two to four business days to reach main centres and three to seven to regional areas. New launches and limited editions sometimes need to be ordered in, and we'll give you an expected date before you pay. See Delivery for the details.

Designer bottles are sold sealed, so we can't sample those. For our own blends, the Atelier Discovery Set has all six in 5 ml sprays so you can wear each one for a day.

Often, yes. Email us the fragrance, concentration and size and we'll come back to you with a price and an expected date.

Our own range of eau de parfums, blended by hand in small batches in Vanderbijlpark and named for South African places and ingredients. They come in 30 ml and 50 ml, plus a discovery set of all six.

Keep it in its box or a drawer, away from sunlight, heat and steam. A bathroom windowsill is the worst place for it. Keep the cap on, and a good fragrance will hold its character for years.

Yes. You can cancel within seven days of delivery and return the bottle unopened, and faulty items are covered for six months. See Returns and cancellations.
