The terms that apply when you use this website and order from us. Please read them before you order.

2. Using this website

By using www.whozooo.com you agree to these terms. You may browse the site and place orders for personal use. You may not copy, scrape or misuse the site or its content.

3. Our products

Designer fragrances we sell are genuine, new and sealed in their original packaging. Fragrance descriptions and notes come from the fragrance houses and our own experience. Some product pictures are illustrations rather than photographs; the bottle and box you receive are the house's genuine packaging. Whozooo Atelier fragrances are made by us.

Fragrances contain alcohol and fragrance ingredients that can cause irritation or allergy in some people. The full ingredient list is printed on each box. If you have sensitive skin, test a small amount first.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in South African rand and are the full price of the product. Delivery is quoted separately in your order confirmation. Prices can change, but never after we have confirmed your order. If a price on the site is obviously wrong, we'll tell you before you pay and you can choose whether to continue.

5. How your order becomes an agreement

  1. Emailing us your bag is a request to buy. It doesn't yet create an agreement.
  2. We reply to confirm availability, the delivery cost and the total.
  3. The agreement is formed when you pay the confirmed total.

We may decline an order, for example if stock is no longer available. If we do, we refund anything you've already paid in full.

6. Payment

You can pay by EFT or by card through a secure payment link from a third-party payment processor. We never ask for card details by email or phone, and we don't see or store your card number. We hold confirmed stock for two business days while we wait for payment.

7. Delivery

Delivery times, costs and what to do about damaged parcels are set out on our Delivery page. Ownership and risk pass to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you gave us.

8. Cancellations, returns and warranty

Your seven-day cooling-off right and your six-month warranty against defects are explained on our Returns and cancellations page.

9. Brands and trade marks

Fragrance names and brand names on this site are trade marks of their owners and are used only to identify the products we sell. Whozooo is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any of the fragrance houses whose products we stock.

10. Our liability

We are responsible for supplying the products you order as described and for the rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delays caused by events outside our control, such as courier disruptions or severe weather.

11. Your privacy

How we use and protect your personal information is explained in our Privacy policy.

12. Complaints and disputes

If something goes wrong, email us first and we'll do our best to put it right quickly. If we can't resolve your complaint, you may refer it to the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud or the National Consumer Commission.

13. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the site when you place your order applies to that order.
